I came in 10-15 minutes of closing. Because of this, the stylist, Nancy, was noticeably upset. She rushed through my haircut, didn't follow directions, and the result was terrible.

My haircut from Paula was fine, but i looked back at my receipt and she charged me for the full experience (wash, cut, massage), but all I received was a haircut. I believe i should have been charged for a "varsity".
