My haircut from Paula was fine, but i looked back at my receipt and she charged me for the full experience (wash, cut, massage), but all I received was a haircut. I believe i should have been charged for a "varsity".

Been coming to this location for years. Very consistent and the most professional staff in town. LORENA is magnificent!
